ps. Kaspars & Lilija Gulbji
Pastors Kaspars and Lilija Gulbji began their ministry journey in 2002, recognizing God’s call to dedicate their lives fully to His work. Seeking deeper preparation, they completed the Revival Institute, and in 2003 they were ordained by Dr. Rolf Aukee from Norway to preach the Word of God.
In 2002 they founded a church in Riga, which became the foundation for their future ministry and a support base that enabled them to travel to the United States to study at the River Bible Institute (RBI) in Tampa, Florida. These studies laid strong foundations in faith, ministry, and the leading of the Holy Spirit — foundations that continue to bear fruit to this day.
In 2019 their dedication and contribution to the Kingdom of God were especially recognized when Pastors Kaspars and Lilija received ordination from Drs. Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne, leaders of Revival Ministries International (RMI).
Today, the heart of their ministry is to carry the gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit, encourage believers, and create an atmosphere where people can experience God’s love, healing, and revival.

FOUNDATION FOR A SUCCESSFUL CHRISTIAN LIFE
The foundation of a successful christian life begins with understanding simple yet deeply important truths that help you grow in faith and strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ. These video lessons are specially prepared for new believers, guiding you step by step in how to live a fulfilled and blessed christian life.
In the lessons, you will hear the basic principles of God’s Word that support a strong spiritual journey — from prayer and reading the Bible to serving and living in daily victory. This is an opportunity to lay a solid foundation on which to build your faith and experience God's power in your everyday life.
1. ASSURANCE OF SALVATION
How can I know that I am saved? Many believers struggle with doubts about their salvation. Salvation is not based on feelings but on God’s promises. In this lesson, we will look at what the Bible says about having assurance that we are truly saved — God’s children.
2. MAKING CHRIST LORD
For Jesus Christ to become Lord of your life, you must make a conscious decision to fully entrust Him with your heart, thoughts, and actions. This means not only believing, but also following God’s Word and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide your every step. In this video, you will learn what it practically means to make Jesus the center of your life and to live in His will.
3. SANCTIFICATION
In the christian life, sanctification is a continuous process in which we allow God’s Word and the Holy Spirit to transform our thoughts, words, and actions. It is the act of separating ourselves from sin and the values of this world in order to live God’s way. On the path of sanctification, we become more and more like Christ and grow in His presence.
4. BAPTISM IN THE SPIRIT
Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special gift from God that fills the believer with power and joy to serve Him. It gives supernatural boldness to testify about Jesus and to live a life led and inspired by the Holy Spirit. In this lesson, you will learn how to receive this gift and experience a closer relationship with God.
5. STUDYING THE BIBLE
It is important for everyone to know God’s Word, because in it we find life, wisdom, and truth that guide our path. God’s Word helps us discern good from evil and strengthens our faith in difficult moments. In this lesson, you will understand why God’s Word is so important and how it can transform your life.
6. BELONGING TO A CHURCH
The church is not just a building or a Sunday service — it is a living organism, the body of Christ, where each person has a place and a purpose in God’s plan. In the church we grow in faith, strengthen one another, and together experience God’s presence and power. By being part of a church, you not only receive but also give — serving with the gifts God has placed in you. In this video, we will explore why life together with other believers is essential for every christian.
7. WATER BAPTISM
In this video lesson, “Water Baptism — My Covenant with God,” you will learn why baptism is a vital foundation for a strong and successful Christian life. Water baptism is not just a symbol — it is a deliberate step of obedience, a public declaration of faith, and an outward expression of inward change. It strengthens our identity in Christ and reminds us that the old has passed away and everything has become new. May this teaching help you understand your covenant with God more deeply and live fully in His calling.
8. PRAYER LIFE
Prayer is the breath of the christian life — it opens the door to God’s presence, power, and guidance in our daily walk. In this video lesson, you will learn how to build a living and genuine prayer life based on God’s Word and personal fellowship with Him. Prayer is not a religious duty but a wonderful privilege to speak with your Heavenly Father, receive answers, and see transformation. May this teaching encourage and strengthen you on your journey toward a successful christian life.
9. SURRENDERING TO GOD
Surrendering to God is the foundation of a holy, set-apart life in which our heart, thoughts, and choices align with His will. It is a conscious desire to belong fully to God — entrusting Him with yourself, your future, and your daily steps. In this lesson, you will learn how a life fully surrendered to God becomes a source of His blessing, peace, and transforming power.
10. EVANGELISM
In this video session, we will talk about every believer’s calling to share the Good News with the people around them. You will discover why evangelism is not just the task of a few ministers, but a natural part of the Christian lifestyle. You will learn simple and practical principles for sharing your faith with love and boldness in everyday situations. This session will encourage you to become a living witness of the power and love of Jesus Christ.
11. STEWARDSHIP
In this video session, we will explore what the Bible teaches about faithfulness and responsibility for what God has entrusted to us. You will learn how to be a good steward of your time, finances, gifts, and calling. This session will help you understand that stewardship is not just a practical principle, but a spiritual lifestyle that brings blessing. It will encourage you to live intentionally, honoring God with your whole life.
12. LEARNING TO FORGIVE
In this video session, we will talk about the importance of forgiveness in the Christian life and its power to set the heart free. You will learn why forgiveness is a choice. This session will help you understand how to forgive not in your own strength, but through God’s grace. It will encourage you to take practical steps toward freedom and inner peace.
13. BECOMING A VICTOR IN CHRIST
In this video session on “Becoming a Victor in Christ,” we will explore what it means to live in the victory that has already been given to us through Jesus Christ. You will learn how to face challenges not in your own strength, but by relying on what Christ has already accomplished. This session will reveal how faith, God’s Word, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit help you walk in victory in everyday life. It will encourage you to embrace your identity in Christ and live boldly, with confidence and freedom.
CHOOSE ETERNITY WITH CHRIST
Every person has been given free will to choose—to live eternally with Christ in heaven or to remain separated from Him forever. The Bible clearly teaches that hell is a real place, and that those who leave this life without faith in Jesus Christ remain without hope and without the opportunity to repent. This is not God’s desire for people—He has done everything possible by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life.
Today is the day of grace. God is calling you to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, so you may receive forgiveness, freedom, and hope. Open your heart to Him, and you will experience a new life that leads to eternal joy and blessedness in God’s presence.
FOR HE SAITH, I HAVE HEARD THEE IN A TIME ACCEPTED, AND IN THE DAY OF SALVATION HAVE I SUCCOURED THEE: BEHOLD, NOW IS THE ACCEPTED TIME; BEHOLD, NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION. / KJV / 2. COR. 6 /
Dear Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Forgive me my sins. Wash and cleanse me. Set me free! Jesus, thank You that You died for me. I believe that You rose from the dead and that You are coming again for me. Fill me with the Holy Spirit. Give me a passion to reach the lost, a hunger for the things of God, and holy boldness to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am saved. I am born again. I am forgiven, and I am on my way to heaven, because Jesus now lives in my heart.
If you have prayed this prayer, you can trust God’s Word that He has heard you and that your sins are forgiven. You have made the most important and best decision of your life, and we want to help you grow in your faith.
Please contact us through the “CONTACTS” section so we can pray for you and send you a Bible if you do not yet have one.
TESTIMONIES – GOD AT WORK IN PEOPLE’S LIVES
God is at work in the lives of people in our church every day—both in quiet moments and in unexpected circumstances. Personal testimonies are a powerful witness that Jesus is alive and that His power transforms hearts. Each story is unique, yet all reveal God’s love, grace, and guidance. We believe these testimonies encourage, strengthen faith, and remind us that God is present even today. When we share what the Lord has done, we build one another up and bring light into this world. May every story serve as encouragement and a testimony that God is at work even where we least expect it.
God’s Touch at a Birthday Celebration
I have two sisters in faith – Aiva and Lāsma. One day, Aiva’s daughter-in-law invited me to her birthday celebration. Since she moves in a circle of people like police officers, investigators, lawyers, and prosecutors, I hesitated for a long time about whether to go or not. However, because we are friends, I decided to attend.
The celebration took place in a guest house. Each guest gave a speech or a greeting. Many simply said, “Happy birthday, happy birthday!” and nothing more. I thought to myself – a world that does not know Jesus Christ has nothing else to say.
When it was Aiva’s turn to speak, I spoke before her and shared how long we had known each other and how we met. At that moment, the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart, telling me to call Aiva forward, lay hands on her, and pray for her.
There were five long tables at the celebration, with around sixty guests in total. Everyone was seated. I invited everyone to stand so we could pray a blessing over them. Before the prayer, I addressed the guests, mentioning that their daily work often involves criminal cases—murders, theft, and other difficult situations.
From that introduction, I moved into sharing the Gospel message about eternal life, sin, and death. After preaching the Gospel, I invited all the guests to pray a prayer of repentance and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
And a miracle happened—52 people responded to the call and were reconciled with God.
/ Sintija /Healing on the Bus
God works not only in church gatherings or special events, but also in the most ordinary everyday situations. He uses His children to bring hope and healing where it is least expected.
One day, while riding a public bus for errands, I chose, as usual, a seat for two people. I do this intentionally—so that God can give me an opportunity to share the Gospel with whoever sits next to me.
That time, a woman sat beside me. I felt a prompting in my heart to share the Good News, and I did. After I spoke about Jesus’ love and salvation, she replied, “God does not love me, because I have cancer, metastases, and everything is bad.”
I calmly told her not to worry, because we would pray together. I invited her to be reconciled with God through a prayer of repentance—and she responded to Christ. We prayed together, and I rejoiced in her heart opening to the Lord.
Then I asked where the illness was located in her body. She said it was in her chest. I asked her to place her hand on her chest, and I placed my hand on hers. Then I prayed with the authority given in the name of Jesus Christ, rebuking the spirit of sickness and commanding it to leave in Jesus’ name.
During the prayer, I felt God’s warmth come over me. I understood it was the touch of the Holy Spirit and asked her how she felt. She said she felt a strong burning in her body, that it was getting hot, and she even felt like taking off her clothes. She was confused and said she had never experienced anything like it before. It was a supernatural moment for both of us.
I explained that it was the Holy Spirit beginning a healing work in her life and said, “You are healed in Jesus’ name.”
This event reminded me that God has no limits—He works anywhere there is a heart that truly believes in His power and is willing to receive His touch. All glory to Jesus!

Meeting Young People by the Latvian National Opera
God’s guidance and the power of the Holy Spirit are often revealed when a person is willing to be obedient and responsive to His voice. This testimony shows that nothing can hinder God—not language, not nationality—if the heart is open.
One day, I was with a sister in Christ near the Latvian National Opera. The Holy Spirit showed me a group of young people, and I felt led to approach them and share the Gospel. There were about seven young people in the group.
As we approached, we realized they were from another nationality and spoke only English. I do not speak or understand English, but I had a “Soul Winning Script” with me—an evangelism material in English. I gave it to one of the girls. At first, she read it silently, but with gestures I encouraged her to read it aloud to everyone.
At that moment, the Holy Spirit prompted me to begin praying a prayer of repentance in Latvian. I started to pray, and something amazing and supernatural happened—all the young people began repeating the prayer aloud after me, but in English.
At that moment, there was a tangible sense of God’s presence and peace. I realized that the Holy Spirit Himself was translating and working beyond human limitations to save those who seek Him.
This experience reminded me that the Gospel does not depend on language, but on an open heart and willingness to obey God’s voice. All glory to our Lord Jesus Christ!

From My Own Goals to God’s Will
At one point in my life, I read a book about setting life goals and writing them down. It encouraged me to think bigger and write what I truly wanted to achieve. I filled a whole page with various goals—both short-term and long-term, including hobbies and things I wanted to learn.
However, among all these, one goal stood above the rest—to gain unshakable faith.
After some time, I received an unexpected offer from acquaintances to move to the Netherlands, attend the church “River Amsterdam,” and get involved in ministry. In my heart, I felt that this was God’s calling and an answer to my prayer for strong, unwavering faith.
During a church service, I experienced something special—a powerful message where the pastor preached about surrendering one’s life to God and the salvation of the soul. At that moment, I experienced a deep return to the Lord. Until then, my faith had been unstable—sometimes strong, sometimes weak—but in that moment, I experienced true surrender and renewal.
When I moved to the Netherlands, I committed to spending much time reading God’s Word. I understood that strong and living faith comes through the Word of God. As I read the Scriptures, my hunger for Jesus grew, and my daily cry became: “Lord, reveal Yourself to me as real, living, and true!”
And He did. During a Sunday service, the Holy Spirit clearly revealed my calling in life. I was filled with deep gratitude to God and realized that He was beginning to transform everything in my heart.
All my previous desires, hobbies, and goals began to fall away like layers of an onion. These things are not evil in themselves, but they can prevent full surrender to God.
Now I understand what it means to die to myself and live fully for Him. This is the fullness of true faith and freedom.
All glory to our Lord Jesus Christ!
